Introducing new K/D system and a new currency - PUBG mobile

In the new update, PUBG introduced a new currency named "Ace Gold ", abbreviated as AG. It is introduced as a savior for those who can't buy UC. Similar to UC currency we can buy costumes, Skins, crates and much more using AG, but there's a catch, you can't buy basic Royale Pass or Elite Royale Pass through it.

Here we have covered all the required things for AG that might be useful for you:-

  1. Value of AG:-  PUBG has kept the value of  1 UC equivalent to about 7 AG. That means basic Royale Pass will be available roughly for 4,200 AG (600 UC), and the Elite Royale Pass roughly 12,600 AG (1800 UC). (This was just an assumption, you can't buy royale pass through AG)
  2. How to earn AG:-  Achievements named "Desert Tourist", "Scrambler", "Lifelong Learner", "Bullseye", "Elite Communicator" involves some basic tasks that can be fulfilled to earn some currency.

    Scrambler -  win 5 blue-hole modes,
Lifelong learner - play 30 Brother in Arms matches

Currency can be earned from Royale Pass to where you can choose either UC or AG as a reward. And the last but not the least, The Events held in PUBG Mobile, two such events are Model Solider (you can get up to 100 AG) and Guncraft Tinkerer (up to 50 AG).

  4. Where to spend AG:- There is a piece of good news for those who can't spend money on buying UC in the game. This new currency can be used to buy lots of goods which we were not able to buy from UC like new costumes for permanent, also, will able to open some specific crates. You can buy skins for guns and can spin the lucky draw to get various items for upgrades.

Along with a new currency, Pubg has made changes to the K/D system also. K/D Ratio stands for Kills per Deaths in a PUBG Mobile. As can be seen in the image; With the recent new update, Pubg has integrated a new K/D system with the old one.

K/D(Kill-to-death ratio)

The major changes between the two are listed below:
  • Old K/D system: It was calculated as the ratio of total kills to total deaths. Suppose if you played two matches and win one match with 10 kills and got killed in another match with 4 kills. Then the overall K/D becomes 7.00.
  • New K/D system: It is calculated by taking an average of all K/D gained from each classic matches played during the season. Suppose you played 3 matches, in the first match you got a K/D of 7.00, similarly, in 2nd match u got a K/D of 4.00 and in the 3rd match you got K/D of 4.55, then the output shown by the new K/D system is 5.18.
